Isabella Diplock, 23, Toronto (but I have been Montreal-based since 2020)

I am in the final stretch of my BA in Liberal Arts at Concordia in the honours thesis program. Many people are confused about what this entails, but all you need to know for now is that I am ridiculously well-read and more importantly, taught to think outside of the box and challenge accepted narratives!!

My degree keeps me pretty busy! But when I’m not reading, I am directing or acting in a play, planning events as social chair of my program’s student council, and editing poetry/prose for our literary journal. Beyond that, I love to edit videos, make pottery, and write.

Fall is wonderful in Montreal, but I’d have to say season three of Twin Peaks…
